Just Build undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality in respect of the Customer’s credit card particulars, account information and all information supplied by the Customer to be used in the execution of orders placed. Just Build undertakes not to utilise any such information other than for what is stated in these Terms and Conditions. Only the necessary information, i.e., Customer name, delivery address and contact number will be made known to the courier company to execute delivery. Just Build may use your personal information to keep you informed regarding product announcements, services, promotions, and upcoming events. If the Customer elects not to be on Hardware Centre’s mailing list, the Customer will be given an option to opt out. Credit card details are not retained by Hardware Centre. Just Build shall not be held responsible for security breaches on the Customers electronic devices.
